Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This is a draft of the terms for using this website and our services. It is pending review by the Vedavathi team.

1. Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website provides information about the services of Vedavathi Creative Arts and Dance: dance, creative arts, and physiotherapy & psychology.

2. Enquiries and enrolment

Submitting an enquiry form does not book a class, workshop, session or appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, schedules and fees directly. No payment is collected on this website, and fees listed or agreed are confirmed only through direct communication with us.

3. Conduct and attendance

Everyone who visits our branches or joins our sessions, in person or online, is expected to:

  • Treat our team, other participants and the premises with respect.
  • Follow the guidance of our teachers and clinicians, including during online sessions.
  • Not record or share sessions without our permission.

4. Fees, cancellations and refunds

[TO CONFIRM: fee payment timing, cancellation and rescheduling rules, and refund policy.]

5. Photos and media

We may photograph or record classes, workshops and performances for our own records or promotion. [TO CONFIRM: whether clinic sessions are ever recorded (we assume not), how consent is collected, especially for children, and how a parent can opt out.]

6. Clinic information

Information about physiotherapy and psychology on this website is general and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. These services start with an assessment by a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services or the nearest hospital.

7. Content and intellectual property

The text, images, course descriptions and other material on this website belong to Vedavathi Creative Arts and Dance or its contributors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Limits of liability

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from relying on the website alone.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. [TO CONFIRM: courts at Hyderabad to have jurisdiction.]

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
